From December 8th to 11th, Qin Hong, Vice Chairman of University Council visited sister school in Taiwan on invitation, to attend the 4th Anniversary of National Pingtung University and the Presidents’ Round Table for Asia, Taiwan and Mainland China.
During the visit, the delegation visited National Pingtung University and the VAR somatosensory Technology Center. The two school leaders had in-depth discussion about students and teachers exchange, project expansion and academic conferences.
The delegation also paid a visit to the exchange students of CCNU in Sun Yat-sen University and National Pingtung University, communicating with them amiably. Exchange students shared their experiences and gains. Qin Hong expressed deep thanks to National Pingtung University for its care for the exchange students, and encouraged the students to cherish the opportunity, exhibit the spirit of CCNU and return to school safe and sound.
The delegation visited Yuan Ze University, and communicated with Chen Jinfu, director of the Global Affairs Office, Qiu Changtai, dean of College of Humanities and Social Sciences, and Yang Jinsheng, professor from School of Informatics. The two schools reached a consensus on the foundation of sister schools’ partnership, students exchange, summer program, mass data, cultural innovation.
