   期次:第1239期   作者:Zhou Huipin and Jia Xinyi   查看:16

At the end of this September, a puppy with a collar and a red scarf broke into GuiZi Mountain, but he failed to find the way back home. Suffering great agony, he was injured many times and then helplessly lingered in the Youming playground.

Luckily, there were many kind people. Students in CCNU paid much attention and tried to search for the owner and expected the owner to have him back for treatment. Unluckily, there was no reply. What's worse, the stray dog's condition was not good.

But good luck came to him again, a pretty kind girl brought him to the hospital for treatment. He was diagnosed that his fore leg bone fissure and his hind leg fracture. Treatments cost too much, and is beyond the girl's ability to afford. So she set up a QQ group to raise money for him and share with those caring people his latest information. The angel who came into CCNU immediately aroused the attention and received help from hundreds of CCNUers. Within 3 days, the fundraising supported him to do examination, surgery and rehabilitation.

Those who helped the puppy together named him “Lele”, which was a positive and lucky name wishing him all the happiness in the world. Though his future health is still complex and unpredictable exactly, we do see his strength recovering.

There are so many wandering animals around you and me. What can we do to help them properly? Here are some tips.

Step 1. Judgment

First you should check out their appearance, whether they are clean, emaciated, injured, sick or not. If they are ill, they might have features like dirty hair, scrawny figure, shaking pace while walking and exhausted condition.

Step 2. Treatment

If you want to get close to them, it's wise to feed them and then take them to the hospital. If not, you are supposed to connect with Wuhan Small Animal Protection Association to provide them with expert treatment.

Step 3. Vaccination

After regaining health, they need a vaccination to insure their health.

Step 4. Adoption

It's our duty to find a responsible owner for the puppy. Once you can't find one, you'd better send them to Wuhan Small Animal Protection Association.
